Network Support Services
Network Support Services is an academically rigorous computer technology course. It combines extensive reading, memorizing, and test taking with hands-on activities that provide students the opportunity to practice real-world activities.
Students prepare to take industry level certifications such as, Cisco Certified Network Associste (CCNA-routing and switching), A+ (building, maintaining and troubleshooting computers), Microsoft Office User (MOUS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Network+ (basic knowledge and networking skills) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP-level one knowledge about Windows OS and configuration).
